Hello, goodmorning, another sampler comes your way
this sunday. Since all my records are in storage currently
it’s a good time to catch up with our samplers. Been
doing too little of them and found out we’ve had some
double postings. The one we have at the moment goes
back to albums posted in December 2019. Over 4 years
behind on reality. Listen & catch up yourself ..

Hoi, goeiemorgen, nog zo’n sampler komt vandaag jouw
kant op. Omdat al m’n elpees tijdelijk in de opslag staan
een uitgelezen moment om eens wat achterstand weg te
werken. Ik heb er te weinig gemaakt en ontdekte dat er
wat dubbele nummers begonnen voor te komen. Nu
even scherp, terug naar december 2019. Ruim 4 jaar
achter op de realiteit, luister en pak de draad weer op ..

Due to relocation, all my records have been packed. A huge project,
over 11.000 records in various styles and from many different countries.
Everything well organised, on alphabet and genre. It is an operation that
requires systematic approach. Anyway, the music is going to be stored for
a while, at least till the new place is ready to move in. To fill the gap I’ll
turn to catching up on our Global Samplers for a while. We are still some
five years behind. Today we have volume 93 and some more shall follow.

In verband met verhuizing zijn al mijn platen momenteel ingepakt. Een
flink project, meer dan 11.000 elpees in verschillende stijlen en uit veel
verschillende landen. Alles goed georganiseerd, op genre en alfabet. Het
is een operatie die systematiche aanpak vereist. Hoe dan ook, de muziek
gaat tijdelijk in opslag tot de nieuwe plek klaar is om in te trekken. Om
dit gat te overbruggen ga ik maar eens wat Global Samplers maken, er
valt nog zo’n vijf jaar in te halen. Vandaag nummer 93 en er zullen er
nog wel wat volgen. Je kent de truc, copieer/plak de titel in onze
zoekbalk en vind direct de plaat van afkomst ..

Alhoewel we nog steeds achter lopen op de realiteit
is dit toch alweer Sampler no. 80. Als je alle samplers
zou downloaden heb je een aardig beeld van wat de
Global Groove behelst. Een bonte verzameling aan
tropische, maar ook wel enkele andere, muziekstijlen.
Zoals je weet vind je de platen waar de samples
vanaf komen makkelijk middels onze zoekbalk.

Although we are still way behind reality, this is Sampler
no. 80 already. If you would download all our samplers
you’d get a quite clear picture of what the Global Groove
contains. An eclectic collection of tropical, but also a few
other, musical styles. As you may already know, it is an
easy job finding the records from which the samples
were taken. Just use our search bar.

Ik was vanmorgen wat aan het rondneuzen in een bepaalde
sectie van de collectie en vond deze verzameling electronische
klanken op de plank. Een van mijn vrienden heeft hem ooit eens
voor me gemaakt maar, oh schande, ik weet niet meer wie het was.
Zo veel muziek enzo veel mensen om ons heen, dat gebeurt gewoon.
Als jij de maker bent van dit werk, trek dan vooral even aan de bel
en pak die credits. Ik heb hem voorzien van een kleurrijk hoesje
en post ‘m vandaag. Tenslotte is variatie wat ons gaande houdt.

I was going through a certain cd section today and found this
collection of easy electronic sounds on the shelf. One of my
friends once made it for me but, shame on me, I can’t remem-
ber who it was. So much music and so many people in one’s
life, it happens. If you find this and think, hey, that’s my comp,
please don’t hesitate and give a shout. I made some artwork
to go with it and bring it to you today ’cause variation is what
keeps us going. Listen and make up your own mind ..
