Kyeremateng Atwede Stars – Gye Nyame,Ambassador

Kyeremateng Stars, front, cd size

Only eight country’s left to win the world cup, and who would have
thought only one African country made it to the quarter finals. Ghana
is that country and let’s hope they’ll beat Uruguay tomorrow. I am not against
Uruguay but there are 4 South American country’s left so to restore the balance
it would be a good thing. To help them a bit here’s some Ghanaian highlife for you
to play before the match, If everybody does, it might help the winning spirits to
choose Ghana’s side. You can do the same for our orange team the afternoon.
We’ll have to beat Brazil to stay in the tournament, not an easy job.
About the music; We had a couple of their albums before and untill now I
haven’t heard one bad track. Sweets for Ghana highlife lovers.
Enjoy Kyeremateng Atwede and his Kyeremateng Stars.

tracks;

1 Abena Kwabena
2 Eyeeden na eyee sei
3 Obra no na etwa ma’suo
4 Mo mma ye nye nto ho
5 Gye nyame nko ara na me suro no
6 Yere ko buo meka ho
7 Okaakyire nsoa nnema

As you might have seen, Ghana really had their chances. Shame they didn’t use them. I am so sorry for Asamoah Gyan.

Last week I was wandering around the internet and I saw a picture of this album. “Mmmmm,” I though, “that looks interesting.” Now, as if by strange coincidence, Moos post the album… Wow! I can’t wait for the download to complete. Thank you a million Global Groove!!!
