Thony Adex and his Sedico System vol.1

It is a coincidence, I received a request from Tony,
asking for King Sunny Ade because today is his 67th
birthday. I checked the KSA lp’s I haven’t posted yet
but the only three left unposted are not my favourites.
When an lp has god and jesus titles I get irritated and
am unable to post. It just so happens I have this album
by Thony Adex with or about King Sunny Ade. You can
see his picture on the frontsleeve and his name is in
the titles as well. I have no idea about the link, if King
Sunny is performing here or if it’s all about him, if any
one can tell us what the link is, would be very much
appreciated. So Tony, an album by Thony Adex,
hope you enjoy it anyway..

Thanks for the Thony Adex upload. This album is about the war between Sunny Ade and his ex record boss Chief Bolarinwa Abioro, the owner of African Songs record label who sued Sunny Ade over a contract dispute in 1974. The track Ija Sunny ati Abioro means Sunny and Abioro’s War. If you have King Sunny Ade’s Saviour, which is a Christmas album, Chapter 3 (Araiye E Dakun), or Destiny can you make an exception? When I hear God or Jesus in the album I get annoyed also, but sometimes that’s not what the whole album is about. Thanks
