Obuoba J.A. Adofo and the City Boys International
Band – The Living Saint, Medo Wiase,
Agyapa Ye Records

City Boys, front

One of the Ghanaian Bands that has the most fans here at
the Global Groove is Obuoba J.A. Adofo and the City Boys
International Band. We had some five of their albums until
now, find them best using our search-bar at your left hand.
The lp we have here today is one you’ll treasure for sure. It
rocks from the first notes entering your earhole, enjoy..

P.S. They used to call him the black Chinese, now I’m not sure
if the term ‘the living saint’ refers to Obuoba Adofo, or not..

tracks;

1 Medo wiase
2 Abrebrese
3 Odomo ayikoo
4 Onyunu adwo

    Hi Dear Moos.
I would like to know if you have the following LPs from Ghanaian musicians like:
    1) African Brothers Band International (Have African Feeling).
    2) African Brothers Band International (The Best of Kwame Ampadu (1971) with the tracks Yaa Amanua, etc).
    3) The Parrots (Nkoo) Band led by Kofi Ani Johnson (M’adamfo Pa) 1978.
    4) Kantata (Asiko) 1984.
    5) Dr. Paa Bobo and his 3 Axes ( Osobrokyee)
    6) Dr. Paa Bobo and his 3 Axes ( Yesu Mpo)

If you have them, please do not hesitate to post them. It would be a pleasure to listen to the tracks again after many years.
I know that you don’t post by request. Nevertheless, if the opportunity occurs to share the music of these LPs please do it.
    Regards.

    Thank you in advance.

Thanks to you Moos for the link.
But the part 1 of the record has a problem. When you listen to this part 1, from 16:59 to 17:12, there is a problem with the sound. The waves change. It is like a mistake in the power supply when ripping.
If one day you have the opportunity to do a better rip, it will be welcome.
I really appreciate the quality of your rips.
        Regards.
