Hello folks, goodmorning, last week I posted an album by the
Impressions telling you I was gonna do some more rare soul
and such. Well today I have an lp by one of the funkiest of all.
The title matches this page as no other, ‘Groove me’ is truly
one of the finest songs in the genre. I remember discovering
King Floyd, his music hit me instantly when listening to him
first time. So don’t hesitate and get this, you wont be sorry.

Cool. Loved it after less than a second, coz I remember a TV commercial that used the first song, and I always wondered about the song. Didn’t know the name or the artist. Glad I took a chance on this, and thanks for sharing.
I was introduced to King Floyd the same way, from Groove Me’s appearance in that commercial a few years back. Thanks for finally giving me the chance to explore further!
I have no idea about that commercial, what did they promote in it ?
I think it was a beer commercial (Miller, Coors or Budweiser). I managed to buy a Japanese issued CD of this album 2 days ago at Amoeba Records. It was the only copy on the shelf. Thanks to this website, because without it, I would have never known about King Floyd.
