One of the founders of Merengue Tipico was and is Francisco Ulloa.
Starting out in the seventies this must be his eighth album from 1981.
Rapid moves on the accordion are his speciality. Combined with
a strong voice makes him one of the most famous in the field.

Één van de eersten in deze stijl, Merengue Tipico, was en is nog
steeds Francisci Ulloa. Hij begon hiermee in de jaren zeventig
en dit moet zijn achtste album uit 1981 zijn. Zijn razendsnelle
manier van spelen is z’n handelsmerk. Gecombineerd met
een stevig stemgeluid maakt dit Francisco tot één van de
bekendste in deze stijl. We hadden al eerder enkele van
zijn platen. Luister weer met plezier ..
