My buds at work usually listen to norteno and tejano on the radio, but really loved your last Colompilation when I brought it in. Thanks for this 2nd volume.

Moos: I had a sticky note to remind me to sample that, which unfortunately got covered by another sticky, which got covered by… Getting it now while we speak, so, thanks!

Thanks Moos! This looks great – I’ll save it till to the weekend though to pump up the volume, crack open some wine and have a little cumbia fiesta.
Very much appreciated.
Well, not surprisingly I couldn’t wait till the weekend.
A really lovely compiliation – some wonderful evocative tunes. Standout track after one quick spin through = Los Golden Boys. Fantastic! No, hang on, it’s la Burrita….no, actually it has to be Suena la Timba…no scratch that, it’s La Negra Caliente….no, make that Pirulino…d’oh.
Only problem, now I’ll have to go into work with a cumbia hangover tomorrow…..
Can you re upload, please? :)
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for this and all the other great compilations, and of course for all your amazing uploads. Much appreciated from the California coast.
