l’Afrique Danse avec Sakumuna Vévé – Various Artists

I am posting this album for the second time today. The previous one
was very bad and had very bad and worn out cover. I found it again in
much better quality and decided to give it another chance. There’s one
other reason to bring this LP, I just love it’s beautiful colour, you know why.
Tomorrow is another big day for me and my fellow Dutchmen,
let the world turn orange and enjoy these groups..

The Dutch team are the best team to have never won the big one.
I wish them the best, esp after the very unsportsmanlike conduct of Suarez?, who handled the ball in the Ghana game.

Thanks for the great music you’ve posted. All these tracks ranked high in the charts when they were released. Nevertheless, as a die-hard Orchestre Vévé fan, I must say that “Lukani” and “Zonga Andowe” stand out.
BTW: I’m already clad in an Orange jersey.

…thanks again for this great record. I am german and have some bizarre memories about the dutch team at the world cup at past. But Robben, Van Persie and Snijder are realy great players and since Bert van Marwijk was the coach of my favorite german team for two years, I’ve become a fan of durch football. All the best for tonight at Green Point Stadium!

These are real gems of Congolose music.
Did you say Choc Stars? They produced the best music in Zaire at their peak (circa 1988-1990)
