Congolese rhumba, the king of music, nothing beats this golden era of African music, not Bethoven, not High Life, not Salsa, not country, not blues, nothing at all! Matches this. I have loved this LP for many yrs
    Love it!

This is when Franco was growing as a superstar man because he knew how to make dynamic music and he knew how to make club banging rumba in the early 1960s. Franco was the center behind these great songs.

    Nice one Moos!

This was released the year I was born – so I should probably say something corny like “it sounds as fresh as I feel”.

Oh, and I’ve not been here for a while, so if I might add that it is great to see that you still here. And don’t worry about insistant requests for re-ups: just keep giving us lovely music – we appreciate it!
