was a Cuban singer. He worked with many great artists
during his life. Started with Arsenio Rodriguez, Melodias
del 40 and Arcaño y sus Maravillas. Later in New York with
Félix Chappotin. Other names are Beny Moré and La Tribu.

I listened to this one last night on my terrace round midnight watching the stars while temperature was still close to 30 degrees. What an enjoyable listen! Long tracks full of solos, I especially digged the slightly distorted guitar and the piano. After that I felt the urge to listen to a couple more cuban records from that era and went to sleep very late.
