Good evening folks, wow, how long has it been since
the last post. Some three months. In the meantime I
replaced three computers. Windows 11 required all new
machines. Microsoft really knows how to chase one up
to spending money, but okay. There can’t be any more
doubt if we suffer from infections, brand new, good for
you! Only the RSS blogroll, our archive and the categories
have to get updated yet. That being said,
what have we got cooking .. ?

An album with King Sunny Adé that we didn’t have yet. I
thought we had most of them, but every once in a while
one pops up somewhere. This one is from 1983 and very
welcome. The labels speak of four songs on each side, how-
ever both sides show only one space in between. On the
first side it is quite clear the space is between the first three
and the fourth song. On side two the space is more or less in
the middle so I gambled it is in between song two and three.
One way or the other, enjoy listening once again ..

Goeie avond mensen, Kanonne, hoelang .. ja echt hè, wel
zo’n drie maanden zonder posts. Ik ben blij dat we weer op
de rit zijn. Ik heb ondertussen drie nieuwe computers aan
moeten schaffen. Windows 11 vereist andere apparaten dan
Windows 10. Microsoft weet wel hoe ze je op kosten moeten
jagen, maar okay. In elk geval weten we nu zeker dat er geen
sprake meer is van enige infecties. Alles nieuw! Alleen de Rss
blogroll, het archief en de categorieën dienen nog te worden
gefixed, dan zijn we weer volledig terug. Dat gezegd
hebbende, wat hebben we voor je vandaag .. ?

Een album met King Sunny Adé dat we nog niet eerder hadden.
Na zoveel van z’n platen zou je denken, dit is het wel zo’n beetje.
Toch duikt er zo nu en dan nog eens eentje op. Deze is uit 1983 en
zeer welkom. De labels hebben het over vier nummers op elke
kant, maar er is slechts éen spatie per kant. Op de A kant is het wel
duidelijk dat ie tussen de eeste drie en de laatste song zit. Op de
B kant echter zit ie ongeveer in het midden, ik heb maar gegokt
dat dit tussen nummers twee en drie is. Hoe dan ook
welkom terug en luister weer met plezier ..
