- Saturday October 26, 20191 comment on Professor P.K. Chishala – Na Musonda Youtube Comp
Scheelt
een klein vermogen met de originals. Heerlijke Zambia sound ..It is already almost time again, in a couple of weeks we’ll have us
the 52nd Mega Record & Cd fair in the Utrecht jaarbeurs. The past
few years I always find a record dealer there who has a bunch of
Zambian records. The music intrigues but the fine man sells his
Zambia albums for 300, 400 or 500 euro’s or more. I haven’t
bought one with him and I’m also not going to for those prices.
Now yesterday I was searching for old Zambian music on Youtube
and recorded these track with Peter Kalumba Chishala. The
difference, a small fortune .. Nice Zambia sound ..Wikipedia

In 1989 Globe Style came out with this collector of Zambian
music. We get to hear songs in several languages such as;
Luvale, Bemba, Tonga, Mambwe and Lozi. Nothing yet if you
realize Zambia has a population of some 7 million people from
over 73 tribes. Styles like ‘kalindula’, ‘mantyantya’ and ‘zam-
rhumba’ are just a few of the country’s rich flavours.
