Today we have another album with Eba Aka Jerome. It is ‘La Verité’
from around 1980 which contains that song many people know from
the first Sound d’Afrique brought by Island in 1981. Check here.
The song was ‘Massoua Mo’ and not ‘Trahison’ like Mo commented.
Thank you Gerrit for pointing this out. The title song ‘La Vérité’ is a
killer too, maybe it was too long to put on the 1981 collector by
werk, luister ernaar met veel plezier..tracks ;
01 – La vérité
02 – Massoua mo
03 – Nanan kacou adonPosted by Moosat 3:04 PMCategories

Tomorrow we’ll already live the shortest day of the year in
this part of the world. Winter begins officially but we’ll gain
a couple of minutes of light every day again and that’s very
nice. Also very nice is today’s post, Rochereau à Abidjan Vol. III

these albums sound just fantastic with yet another song

At times it feels as if the producer of this album should
have balanced out things a bit more. Rough edges were
left at places I would have polished the sound. However,
on the other hand, perhaps same time it makes this record
so intriguing. The rough funky groove it breaths is unique
and makes you play it again and again. If you are an audio
freak, I strongly suggest not to download this crazy record.
Everybody else, get it & spread it immediately..tracks;
01 – Keleya
02 – Papa
03 – Femme senegal
04 – MariagePosted by Moosat 8:43 AM - Saturday July 26, 2014
Remember Lolo Lolitta ? We had several albums of
Tchico Tchicaya with Lolo and some by his own hand.

in Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire. Like the lp’s we heard before,
it does not disappoint, what do you think ?
btw, the vinyl looks as new but b-side
sounds second hand I’m affraid..tracks;
